An extensive repair experience and know-how exist in our company for repair of items including blades (buckets), vane segments (nozzles), transition pieces and combustion baskets at competitive prices and short turn around time. All repairs performed by us are in exact accordance with the OEM and certificates to that effect will be supplied accordingly. Our FAA Certified Repair Station number QOMR742L allows us to repair the most sophisticated hot section parts for military and civilian jet engines.

In addition to repairs TDC offers a range of technical services including inspection services, metallurgical analysis and engineering solutions.

TDC Coating Services

Coating services include the latest technologies. Our coatings deliver the most cost effective protection for both older equipment designs and the newest generation of heavy duty industrial gas turbines while extending the life of your gas turbine components and increasing efficiency. Coatings are as requested by customer or OEM recommendation will apply.
